Import fails or stays pending
- Confirm the archive is supported and under the upload limit.
- Check whether the file is a temporary upload or the permanent demo archive.
- Retry if upload, restore, database import, or startup verification failed.
- Review activity, notifications, and server logs for the first failing step.
Imported site looks different
- Wait for backup, restore, cache rebuild, and URL rewrite jobs to finish.
- Refresh permalinks and clear WordPress/plugin caches if available.
- Check missing assets, blocked mixed content, theme settings, and builder-generated CSS.
- Run Site Testing and compare screenshots against the source URL.
Site Testing completes but rows do not update
- Refresh the page and check whether the run appears in Testing History.
- Confirm the selected instance still exists and belongs to the current workspace.
- Check notifications for the run status and inspect status API errors if needed.
Instance will not open
- Start the instance if it is stopped.
- Wait for creating, deploying, or destroying states to finish.
- Check DNS, SSL, and domain settings when using a custom domain.
- Open logs or SSH for deeper runtime errors.
